Nancy Carroll will serve as chief operating officer for the Van Tibolli corporate offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
She has worked in the beauty industry for more than 20 years, most recently as president at Keune Haircosmetics USA. Carroll also held the position of Redken Regional performing artist and Master Designer. She earned a Redken Master Colorist Certification and is an inducted member of the National Association of Professional Women.
