Three Custom Color Specialists, Juara and Red Market Salon Host Beauty Event

Last week I hit Manhattan’s Meatpacking District to check out An All New, Sexy You, a unique beauty event sponsored by makeup experts Three Custom Color Specialists, Juara skincare and Red Market Salon, where the event was held. The challenging economic climate inspired the independent beauty brands to join forces, using inventive cross-marketing initiatives to stimulate sales, create buzz, and develop relationships with new and repeat customers. Guests of the free event received complimentary skincare treatments, makeup touch-ups, hair consultations and hairstyling using Izunami styling irons—plus were treated to an open bar. All attendees received a take-home bag of beauty products, shopping discounts and certificates for free services. Juara and Three Custom Color products were also offered for sale during the event at a deep discount. My favorite part of the evening? Three Custom Color’s Trae Bodge turned me on to just how beautiful violet could look on the cheeks and lips.
