The Professional Beauty Association (PBA), which expanded its International Salon and Spa Expo (ISSE) brand to the Midwest in 2011, announced that the ISSE Midwest event is moving from the spring to fall season starting in 2012. The ISSE Midwest show will run from November 4 to 5, but will continue to be held in Rosemont, Illinois. “After conducting surveys and research surrounding the ISSE Midwest event and market needs in that region, it was clear that a fall show makes sense for the entire industry,” said Eric Horn, PBA’s associate executive director of business development. —Kristen Heinzinger
