Sweis announced Glen Pacek, renowned beauty industry sales executive, as its new executive vice president of sales. Pacek joins Sweis after nine years at beauty industry distributor Maly’s and SalonCentric. During Pacek’s tenure, Maly’s sales doubled from $100 million to $200 million and the sales team from 100 to 200 representatives.
“Glen comes to us with a wealth of knowledge, growing a business through the refinement of sales, systems and procedures,” said Karl Sweis, company CEO and founder. “He will help us build a really dynamic sales team and a company that is a significant organization in the professional beauty industry.”
